Brenda and Joanne are done watching the rushes.
They see Serena as Joanne is leaving.
Brenda introduces Serena to Joanne.
Serena flatters Joanne by saying she reads about her on the blogs all the time.
Joanne says she likes Serena.
She tells Brenda to give Serena her number.
When Joanne leaves, Brenda asks Serena why she was trying to flatter her guest.
Serena says it was obvious that Brenda was trying to impress her so she helped.
Ene and Chuks are at home.
Shoshanna rushes in and shows Chuks a photo of Sheila wearing his design at a
major function.
Chuks and Ene are ecstatic.
Chuks thanks Shoshanna for showing him the photo.
Ene tells him to call Sheila and thank her.
Agent Adesanmi comes to see Sankey in her office.
He congratulates her on returning to the force.
Sankey says she never left.
He hands her a bank statement and says it belongs to a relative of the insurance claims officer and it shows he gets a ten percent commission on every payout he makes because the money is paid on immediately after every payout.
Sankey is shocked.
Agent Adesanmi says if Brenda is found to have been in collusion with him, she will be in big trouble.
Sankey says the law has to take its course.
Joanne is at Sheila's place with Monica.
She tries to get Monica to come back to work for her but Monica declines.
Sheila joins them and Monica says she wants to be excused.
Sheila tells her things don't have to be awkward between them.
Joanne tells her to sit back.
Joanne and Sheila have a bit of friendly banter.
Monica says it reminds her of herself and Amaka in the past.
Sheila and Joanne encourage her to get close to Amaka again and show her compassion.
Sankey is packing up her desk at Phoenix Prime.
Serena asks why she's leaving.
Sankey says she's returning to the police force.
Serena is surprised.
Sankey says she's not dying.
Serena says she thought Sankey said the job was stressful.
Sankey says there is no job that's not stressful.
Serena says she hopes Sankey is not going back to the police force just to track Justin down.
Sankey wears a knowing look.
Ego meets Monica for lunch.
Monica says she invited her because she needs her help with Monica as she wants to end all the beef so she's throwing a party and wants Ego to invite Monica.
Ego says she doesn't think Amaka would like to come.
Monica begs her to try and get Amaka to come.
Ibuzor meets with the client alone, telling him that Ene was unable to make the meeting.
He tells him to increase the deposit he's supposed to make towards the catering for his event and in turn, they will increase the quantity they are making for him.
The client makes the deposit transfer via his phone.
Ibuzor thanks him and the client leaves.
Ibuzor calls Ene to tell her that he hasn't heard anything from the client and has been unable to reach him.
Brenda is in her office.
She makes a call to Joanne and says she would like to hear from her.
Joanne says they just saw and Brenda should give her time to think about it.
Monica is in Sheila's office.
Sheila is surprised that Monica had lunch with Ego.
She asks what Monica's plan is.
Monica says she wants to throw Amaka a surprise party.
Sheila is not thrilled at the idea.
