Here are the details from Soheil Rezayazdi the festival manager:

This year's festival is virtual and 100% free, meaning you can watch the films anywhere at no cost. Pretty cool, right? The festival explores noir cinema set at the US-Mexico border and includes:

Anthony Mann’s Border Incident (streaming today and tomorrow)

John Farrow’s Where Danger Lives (streaming March

13-14)

A roundtable discussion with speakers from RAICES, Artes de México, and elsewhere (live on March 18, 7pm EST)

Orson Welles’ Touch of Evil (streaming March 20-21)

Each film will have a 48-hour window for viewing at home. Simply RSVP to receive the streaming/Zoom links. I hope you'll consider joining – it'll likely be the only time this festival is done virtually, so it should be a unique experience.
