Teenage girls are going missing. They're being kidnapped by a seemingly respectable married couple. The couple makes sex tapes with the girls in order to make money, and then kill them when they want to move on to the next girl. The film follows the plight of one girl, Vicki.

The title "Hounds of Love" refers to a conversation during the film, in which it's said that if a man doesn't love his wife he buys her a dog as a replacement.

It's a reasonable film, but I found the violence against women distasteful.
