Shina asks why Bimpe is sad.
Bimpe says she's replaying the proposal in her head.
Shina asks why she's sad when she rejected it.
Bimpe says Damini only proposed because she had been putting pressure on him.
Shina says she can't think that and she should have just accepted the proposal and left it at that.
Charles comes to see Nero at home.
Nero tells him that he doesn't think Brenda would want to move on.
His phone rings and it's from Brenda.
Charles tells him not to answer as he would go and see her.
Nero obeys.
Ene comes to see Bimpe at home.
She asks if she has been crying.
Shina says she has been crying since.
Bimpe breaks down afresh.
Ene asks why she rejected Damini's proposal since she feels this way.
Bimpe says she wants to marry him but she felt she pressured him into doing what he didn't want to.
Freddie and Sheila are in the hospital.
Freddie is pacing.
Sheila begs him to calm down.
Freddie says it's his fault and his mother could have died.
Sheila assures him that she wouldn't die.
Laide is at home with Cosmo, OT and St John.
She talks to Sheila on the phone.
After the call, St John says he's going to see Sheila.
Laide leaves the room.
Cosmo tells OT that he's sure he has a hand in it so he's going back to his mother
OT denies and pleads but Cosmo is not listening.
Tony is brought into the interrogation room.
Sankey asks why he leaked the series.
He says she knows she can't hold him indefinitely.
Sankey says if he cooperates she will make things easier for him but she will make sure he talks.
Damini is at work.
The intern asks if he has any assignment for her.
He gives her some files to work on.
She asks if everything is alright.
He says he's fine.
She leaves and Damini calls Bimpe.
She tells him that they need to give each other space.
He asks why she said no.
She says she's not ready to talk about it.
She hangs up on him.
Dikibo comes to see Amaka at home.
She's playing with Tochi.
She ignores Dikibo.
The nanny takes Tochi upstairs.
Amaka tells Dikibo that he's not welcomed in her house.
Dikibo tells him they can work on it.
She tells him she doesn't want to hear him even speak so he should be out.
He leaves.
Charles is in his office with Nnenna.
She gives him an update on work and leaves.
He calls the guy he hired to do the job.
The guy confirms he has received the money.
Charles says he hopes nothing can be traced back to him.
The guy assures him it's done.
Charles asks if he wants a bonus so he and the people who did the job can skip town.
The guy says it's done.
IK and Serena are at Ziggy's.
He breaks the news of his transfer to Enugu to her.
She says she's sorry.
He says he wonders what it means for them.
She takes her hand away from his and tells him she can't follow him to Enugu.
He says he didn't ask her to as it is too soon but if they had the chance, they would have been so much more to each other.
Serena says their timing is off.
He gives her a kiss on the cheek and says he has to go and pack.
Joanne comes to meet Sheila in the clinic.
She asks for an update.
Sheila says Monica's still unconscious and she doesn't know how she would handle Freddie if Monica doesn't make it.
Joanne begs her not to think like that.
Sheila says she hasn't even told Yaya because of Philip's condition.
Joanne tells her not to.
Sheila says Amaka has a miscarriage so there is no one for her to talk to.
Joanne says she's there.
Sheila hugs her.
Bimpe and Shina's aunt comes to visit.
Bimpe asks why she's visiting.
The aunt tells Shina to go and get her bag.
Shina goes out and drags in a big bag.
Bimpe frowns and asks how long she plans to stay.
Aunt says she can go and stay elsewhere if Bimpe doesn't want her.
Bimpe says she raised them so they can't allow her stay with anyone else.
Vicky is in Brenda's office.
Brenda is ranting off about Nero.
Charles comes in and Vicky leaves.
Brenda says so Nero is not bold enough to face the consequences of his actions.
Charles says Nero didn't send him but he came on his own to warn Brenda.
Brenda says it seems they've all gone mad.
Charles says they sympathise with Phoenix Prime but if there is any interference or sabotage with Odyssey's business, then they will retaliate with extreme prejudice.
He stands up and tells her to enjoy her day.
He strolls out.
Brenda is in shock.
Freddie returns to the hospital and asks if his mother is okay now.
Sheila tells him to go and wait at home.
He asks if she doesn't want him there because his mother is dying.
The doctor comes out to inform them that the worst is over and Monica is awake.
Freddie hugs Sheila in gratitude.
