Bimpe and Cleo are at Ziggy's.
Bash comes to meet them.
He greets Bimpe in his usual manner.
Cleo stares at him and he asks if she has no manners
They sit and he tells Bimpe that she is yet to get back to him concerning their last discussion.
Cleo says they will take it under advisement.
Bash reminds Bimpe that he picked her up when she was a nobody.
Charles gives Brenda some documents and tells her that when Kwame turns 21, the money will be made available to him.
He says he and Brenda are both trustees of her fund and Angela didn't let him know about the trust.
Brenda has tears in her eyes as she says finally, something good is happening to her and Kwame.
Bimpe tells Cleo to excuse them.
Cleo is surprised but she leaves.
Bash makes fun of her as she goes.
Bimpe tells Bash that she will do one of his movies but she has to ensure the part is suitable for her.
Bash asks when all that started.
Bimpe says she's a star and she is bringing a lot to his movie by starring in it.
Sheila and her father are drinking juice at the in-house bar.
St. John asks if she doesn't think they should reintroduce alcohol.
Laide and Monica come home and Monica informs them that she's going back to Reel Studios as an intern.
Sheila says Monica doesn't see things through to the end and she's very likely to quit again.
Vicky and Aisha complain about the injured actress who is still refusing to act and demanding that she still gets paid even if someone else takes her place in her movie.
Serena feels guilty.
Bimpe is about to get in her car when Pippa and Mrs. Yoliba stop her.
They walk up to her.
Pippa takes photos with her and says her friends won't believe she knows Bimpe.
Mrs Yoliba complains that Bimpe didn't show up to a meeting with her friend at Sky Scrapers.
Bimpe apologises.
St John tells Sheila to give Monica a break.
Sheila says she doesn't understand him and how he keeps indulging Monica.
St John says it's always Sheila's way or the highway that's why Sheila and her siblings don't see eye to eye.
Serena comes to the hospital to see the actress.
She presents a basket of fruits and says it's from the Phoenix Prime team.
The actress doesn't respond.
Serena's phone rings and she listens a bit then says Brenda is still in collaboration with a Hollywood production company and she will need actors.
The actress leans close to listen.
After the pretend call, the actress, Toro, asks Serena what she was talking about.
Serena says it's a secret but it's true and Toro shouldn't bother trying out for a role.
Toro asks why.
Serena says Brenda vowed never to work with her again and she even told Charles of Odyssey pictures that Toro gave her a lot of trouble.
Toro says Brenda can't be talking about her that way.
Serena says news has a way of traveling.
She says her goodbye and leaves.
Monica and Freddie are by the pool.
Monica talks about returning to Reel.
Freddie says he needs her to just be okay so he can take care of her.
Monica says she will be the one to take care of him.
Serena is in Brenda's office.
Brenda is on the phone with Toro.
Toro tells her that she's coming back to work and Brenda can go ahead to settle the bills.
Brenda is shocked.
After the call, she stares in admiration at Serena.
Serena says she was only doing her job.
Brenda is impressed.
Bimpe comes home with a big bag of groceries.
Aunty Abike is at home and she doesn't fail to remind her that she needs to settle down with a man forget acting.
There is a knock on the door.
Bimpe answers.
A furious Damini walks in shouting.
He asks how Bimpe could have done such a thing as to miss a meeting with an important client who specifically asked for her.
Bimpe says she's sorry.
Damini says he doesn't know why he's bothered when she has her career.
He storms out.
Aunty Abike asks Bimpe if she can see what is happening as a result of her career.
Brenda enters the office of the employees and tells them she's going home.
Vicky shows hee the figures they've made from the leaked Asabe series so far.
Brenda says it's pitiful.
As she turns to leave, she looks at the figures again and looks like she's about to faint.
Serena runs to her and asks if she's okay.
Brenda says the amount of the trust left to Kwame is the exact figure of the budget for the Asabe series.
