Plot
A psychologist engages a dangerous, young genius in a battle of wits, unaware of the supernatural power the girl possesses or that his analysis is her last chance.
Verdict
This isn't bad for a budget movie. It weaves a nice mystery and kept my attention as I wondered what power the girl possesses. Once that's revealed, there isn't much more to this. I get the ending, but I wanted more. It's the kind of ending I've seen before that feels like an overused trope.

Review
A psychologist Jimmy is tasked with analyzing a young girl Ellie. He has no idea what he's getting into and his unorthodox methods irritate the people in the military facility. This girl is in a straight jacket hidden deep within a high security facility. He's told she's special. The actor playing Ellie does an amazing job. She is menacing.
She is astute, picking Jimmy apart through her observations. She's much wiser than her age. This has tight back and forth dialog as Ellie tears Jimmy apart and Jimmy please a metaphorical game of chase as he tries to get past her emotional wall.. Can the movie sustain the dialog? What power does this girl possess?
As the movie progresses we find out the extent of her powers. We don't know the why, but we don't need a why.While this has a nice tempo, I wondered where it would go. How do you end this?
The mystery of what power this girl has drives most of the movie. Then the question of how does this end gets us the rest of the way, but my first thought when this concluded was, "That's it?" I wanted something more. It's a very safe and boring ending. Maybe this could have focused a bit on the doctor's backstory and had this experience change him or push him to some realization.
This movie has one play,and while it works for the most part, after it's over there's no reason to go back. It's just nice.
