Ene is at home, on the phone with Obiora.
He asks about Ibuzor.
She says she was going to ask him.
Obiora says he hasn't heard anything from him.
Ene says Ibuzor can't just go like that.
There is a knock on her door.
She wraps up the call and opens the door.
Three policemen walk in and she's told that she's under arrest since she's been unable to produce her accomplice Ibuzor
Serena is at the station to see Sankey.
She looks worried.
Sankey says Serena can fly to go and see Alexis if she's really worried so Alexis doesn't forget what her mother looks like.
Ene is behind the counter at the station.
She tells the policemen that she is innocent and has no idea where Ibuzor is.
They don't believe her.
Ene asks if she can make a phone call.
She calls Chuks to tell him she's been arrested.
He asks where Amara is.
She tells him that Amara is at her grandparents'.
Chuks says he's on his way.
Joanne is at Sheila's office.
Sheila says she's tired of the thing with Monica so if Ego or anyone else involved in the case calls her, she will just have them Monica's number.
Joanne asks if she's sure she can just wash her hands off Monica's issue.
Freddie comes to meet his mother in the living room.
She tells him she doesn't want to talk.
He says he's sorry as they should have believed in her.
Monica says she can't pretend that seeing the men who held her captive won't be hard.
Freddie says he knows and that was what they were trying to avoid.
Monica says she would still have liked to be told and not kept in the dark.
Brenda is at home.
She receives a call from a reporter fishing for a story on the alleged fraud case.
Brenda tells him that he has false information as nothing is wrong with Phoenix Prime
Chuks comes to the state to look for Ene.
She is no longer behind the counter.
An officer brings her in.
Ene is in tears.
She begs Chuks to get her out.
The officer tells him she has to spend the night in the cell as it's already too late for anything to be done.
Chuks says they have to lock him up with her.
Serena and Aisha are working from Brenda's house.
Monica comes to see Brenda.
She says it must be true that Phoenix Prime was sealed.
Brenda says it was shut down for fumigation.
Monica asks why she can't be straight up with her.
Brenda says there's nothing to say.
Monica asks why she hasn't been taking Amaka and Sheila's calls.
Brenda says she's been busy.
Monica stands up and says she hopes the fumigation is done with quickly leaves
She leaves.
Joanne is at the spa with Sheila.
She tells Sheila that she has a meeting with Brenda.
Sheila asks if she can come along.
Joanne says she would rather go alone as she doesn't think Brenda would be comfortable with Sheila there.
Joanne comes to Brenda's place.
She asks how it's going.
Brenda says she knows Joanne has been waiting for an explanation.
Joanne asks if she's worried.
Brenda says Phoenix Prime is going through a rough patch as they got involved with a producer who was being investigated.
Joanne asks why she was arrested.
Brenda says she was just questioned and everything is under control.
Joanne says what Brenda fed her is a load of crap and she hopes Brenda has everything under control and doesn't make her regret it.
Sheila is about to leave the house.
Monica stops and asks if they can talk.
Sheila stops.
Monica says she saw Brenda earlier and Brenda said they all needed to mind their business so she got thinking that she was looking out for Brenda and Brenda got upset.
Sheila sighs.
Monica says she knows Sheila is only trying to help her but she wants Sheila to trust her.
Sheila says she hears her and she apologises.
Monica thanks her.
Sheila says she wants the men to pay for what they did but for that to happen, Monica needs to testify in court and it's a big case that the press will be all over.
Ene and Chuks are still behind the counter at the station.
Ene pleads with the officers to let her go.
Bimpe and Obiora storm the station shouting for Ene to be released.
The officer asks who they are.
Ene says she doesn't know who they are.
The officer releases Ene and Chuks.
Sheila comes to meet Freddie in his room.
She apologises for forgetting all about his school.
Freddie says he doesn't want to go abroad because he can't leave his mum.
Serena gets a call from a reporter.
She tells them not to believe the rumours about Phoenix Prime because everything is alright.
Aisha asks her colleague if Serena believes her own lie.
Her colleague says they don't even know what's going on.
There is a knock on the door and Serena answers it.
Nosa's mother walks in and asks for Brenda.
Serena tells her that Brenda is not home.
John enters the living room and Mama Nosa asks for Kwame.
He tells her Kwame is not feeling well and has been throwing up but he's unable to get in touch with Brenda.
Kwame screams from the bedroom.
John, Serena and Mama Nosa rush to the room.
